I booked 3 rooms at this hotel a year ago through booking com at a very reasonable price. ( Family room with view of lake, Double room with balcony & double room with Jacuzzi ) for 8 persons. Soon after booking I became friends with Swan at Bella Rosa on WhatsApp. As time drew closer I had 2 problems to solve. Firstly, I wanted to see the water puppet show but we would arrive on a Friday night & was afraid the tickets would be sold out. Swan very kindly said she could book them in advance & the tickets were waiting for us at check-in. Thank you so much Swan 😊 Secondly, how do I get 8 people to the airport? The hotel has a 15 seater shuttle bus which I reserved for 750k VND. On arrival we checked into Bella Rosa premier & rooftop skybar but found that we were staying at Bella Rosa hotel & travel next door. Both hotels are linked so our luggage was transferred to our rooms. I was in the family room on the 7th floor, what a fabulous view of the lake. Breakfast was in the Bella Rosa premier & what a buffet, you could even order items from the menu. The pineapple pancake was delicious 😋 After breakfast we wanted to go to Tran Quoc pagoda. Quang Minh on the desk helped us to book a taxi, only 40k Vnd for 4 people. Had a great day out & returned to the hotel via train street which was so cool. Checkout is at 12.00 so at 11.45 we left our luggage outside our rooms. Our bus wasn't until 17.00 so we had one last walk around the French quarter. I went for a coffee whilst the others did their last minute shopping. On our return to the hotel our luggage was already in the lobby. The bus came on time, loaded, & off to the airport. Thank you so much for your incredible friendship 🥰🥰🥰 Miss you all 💖💖

Staff and location make this hotel a great pick. The hotel is steps away from Hoan Kiem Lake at the bottom of the Old Quarter. It's lovely to walk around Hoan Kiem Lake, which is a very safe activity. A great breakfast was served at its sister hotel, two doors down. The location is walking distance to most historical and food locations. Street food is right outside the door. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly.

LOCATION: excellent. Near shopping right outside the door. Close to lake for a nice view and walking. Service: Excellent. Laura at the reception smiling always willing to help and will show you how to get around the area for shopping or whatever you want to do. Friendly hotel atmosphere. Breakfast: Excellent, Tong is friendly at the reception and always smiling. Walk outside a few steps at the hotel next door...same hotel ownership with slightly different name. Fruits of all kinds, local and melons ...so delicious and sweet. Regular American breakfast with good breads selection. Hot entrees with eggs and various meats. Local vegetables cooked with hot local entrees. Soups change every morning (we had 3 breakfasts there) They will arrange airport transfers for you. The driver, we had Joey as our driver, very nice and pleasant ride to the airport

Laura and Felicia were very helpful. I had my card eaten by an ATM on a Friday and Felicia had spent a lot of time on the phone with HSBC helping me to get it back. Front desk staff were friendly and hotel was clean and we'll kept. They helped book a very reasonable food tour. The hotel itself is a bit hard to see in the street, but the chicken place across the street makes a good landmark.

Beware as there is two hotels next door to each With the same name Bella Rosa hotel one side is just okay but definitely not new and the other one which they booked us into is unrenovated and in no way was represented by the pictures that are on this site So beware a lot of rooms have no windows just a breezeway, looking onto a solid wall making the whole room very musty The bathroom is very old and furniture dated on the plus side Even the Safe did not work I definitely would not recommend this hotel. We booked out on the last night and went to another hotel which was a lot cheaper and a lot more nicer
